#BersamaBerdaya’s Story

Are you an Aidha Module 2 or 3 graduate? Do you want to inspire and empower fellow Indonesian migrant domestic workers (MDWs)?

#BersamaBerdaya – Empowered Together – is a collaborative campaign by Aidha and Campaign for Good, supported by The Majurity Trust, to celebrate your journey and help other MDWs achieve their financial and personal goals.

As a Duta Berdaya, you will share your story to inspire others on social media, receive training and mentoring in content creation, and stand a chance to win up to SGD 2,500 in support.

A collaborative campaign by Aidha and Campaign for Good, supported by The Majurity Trust.

It aims to support Indonesian Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) in achieving their financial goals, making the most of their time working abroad, and sharing inspiring stories with others.
  • Aidha alumni from Module 2 or 3.
  • Indonesian MDWs currently working in Singapore or those who have returned home.
  • MDWs who have a passion for creating content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Prize Grants: 7 finalists will each receive up to SGD 500; 3 Duta Berdaya will each receive up to an additional SGD 2,000.
  • Learn new skills: digital storytelling, copywriting, social media content creation.
  • Training & mentoring: including exclusive workshops on content creation.
  • Share & inspire: your story can motivate and empower fellow MDWs.
  • Open Call → Apply before November 24, 2025 at bit.ly/Daftar-BersamaBerdaya
  • Announcement of 7 Finalists → notified via WhatsApp & email.
  • Onboarding → online welcome and briefing session via Zoom.
  • Challenge Period → 7 finalists launch their social campaign on the Campaign for Good app (unlocking their SGD 500 grant).
  • Content Creation → 7 finalists produce 4–5 posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Selection of 3 Duta Berdaya → chosen based on the number of supporters in their Challenge.
  • Exclusive Classes → the 3 Duta Berdaya join advanced training in copywriting & content creation.
  • Extended Content Creation → the 3 Duta Berdaya each produce 6 inspiring posts.
They will be chosen based on the number of supporters they are able to gather through their social campaign Challenge.

Glosarim #BersamaBerdaya

Campaign for Good Platform

community-based digital social action platform where organisers can launch social campaigns to engage the public and gather support in the form of donations or grants, either financial or non-financial, from funders.

Campaign

A series of organised activities or movements created on the Campaign for Good platform to encourage the public to support a specific purpose, such as empowering Indonesian migrant domestic workers (MDWs) or raising funds.

Challenge

An interactive activity within a campaign on the Campaign for Good platform. Each challenge includes simple actions (online or offline) that the public can complete to support participants or the overall campaign goals.

Action

A real activity completed by supporters as part of a challenge on the Campaign for Good platform. Examples include sharing a social media post, watching a video, leaving a comment, or attending an online session.

Duta Berdaya

Aidha graduates selected through the #BersamaBerdaya campaign. They share inspiring stories, create social media content, and act as peer mentors for both prospective and fellow MDWs.

Donation

Financial support is converted from actions/Challenges completed by supporters, which contribute directly to social campaigns on the Campaign for Good platform.

Prize Grant

Financial support from funders in the form of an award given to selected participants (for example, the 7 finalists and 3 Duta Berdaya) to strengthen their engagement, personal development, education, or business initiatives.
